TeraLink Group collects only the data required to handle your request. This site uses no analytics tool and no advertising cookie: we do not track your browsing.
Only what you submit through our forms: name, organisation, telephone number, e-mail address, description of your need, indicative budget, information specific to the relevant service and, where applicable, the files you attach.
For security purposes, the IP address used to submit a form is stored with the request to prevent automated abuse.
This data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quotation, arrange a meeting and follow up on the resulting commercial relationship. It is not subject to any automated decision-making.
Processing relies on your consent, explicitly given when submitting the form, and on TeraLink Group's legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry.
Your data is accessible only to TeraLink Group staff handling your request. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Requests without follow-up are kept for [TO BE CONFIRMED — proposed: three years] from the last contact. Data linked to a contract is kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to requests is protected by authentication and restricted to authorised staff. Passwords are stored in irreversible encrypted form.
Under Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data — and under the General Data Protection Regulation for data subjects in the European Union — you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data.
To exercise these rights, write to the address given in the legal notice. We respond within one month at the latest.
